At Gualap , we occasionally offer pre-orders on our most popular items. This allows you to reserve your product in advance, even if it's not yet in stock, so you don't miss out on the opportunity to get it.
Important information to know about pre-orders
- Pre-order availability : Each product page for which a pre-order is made clearly displays the expected date of receipt in stock . This information lets you know when we will be able to ship your item.

Shipping orders with pre-order items : If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, the entire order will ship on the date the pre-order items are received in stock. This means your entire order will ship at once, not in separate packages .
It is important to note that, unlike our standard orders which ship within 3-4 business days, orders containing pre-order items will only ship once all items are available .
Practical example:
- If you order one product in stock and one on pre-order, your order will ship when the pre-order item becomes available , not before.
- You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after your purchase, as well as a second email to remind you that one or more of the items you ordered are on pre-order. This email will also detail the shipping and delivery process.
Tracking your order
As soon as your order is shipped, we will send you a shipping confirmation email . This email will contain a tracking link so you can follow the progress of your package until its delivery.
