Returns & Exchanges

Not satisfied with your purchase? Don't worry, we offer the option to return or exchange your items under certain conditions.

To make a return, go to our returns management page .

You will need to provide your order number and the email address you used when making your purchase. Once your return request is approved, you will receive instructions by email.
Shipping costs for returned or exchanged items are the customer's responsibility, except in the case of an error on our part. In this case, the exchange or return will be free of charge.

Conditions of exchange and/or returns

You have 15 days from receipt of your order to request a return, provided the item has not been worn or damaged.

  • Items on sale or on sale are not refundable in cash but only in the form of a voucher valid for 1 year, except in the event of a defect.
  • We do not accept returns of used or damaged items (except defective).

Once your refund request is validated, we give you the choice:

  • A voucher valid for 1 year on our website
  • A refund ( except for promotional or sale items )

Please note: You must submit a return request on our website by clicking on the "Delivery & Returns" page. To do so, click on the "Make a return" link and enter your order number and email address. Once your request is approved, follow the steps. Without this information, your return will not be processed!

Why did we choose to charge for returns?

Like more and more ready-to-wear brands such as Zara and H&M, at Gualap we have chosen to impose paid returns. This means that to return an item, you will have to pay the shipping costs of your choice.

Why this choice? Because everything is increasing, rather than passing these increases on to the selling price of our clothes, we prefer to make you pay for returns.

What are the different costs involved in a return?

  • A logistical cost; each return must be sorted, entered into the database and returned to stock before validating the return for refund or exchange.
  • A human cost; all these steps are carried out by the women and men of our teams, so each return represents an additional workload.
  • An environmental cost; every return impacts the environment.

The main cause of returns is sizing issues.

At Gualap you have the right to change your mind...

  • If the item is too big or too small
  • The color of the item does not suit me
  • I'm disappointed, I imagined it differently.

Gualap undertakes to reimburse you within 15 days of receiving your package at our premises, except for promotional or sale items for which no exchanges will be accepted.

However, you have a 14-day withdrawal period from receipt of the package.
